This Application praying that this Hon'ble court be pleased to conduct Video Conferencing hearing for recording of the evidence of PW2 Ms.Jeevaleonrex Angel Glady as per rule 7 of Madras High Court Video Conferencing in Courts Rules, 2020.

This Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order:

Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 17.11.2021, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the evidence of PW-2 chief examination will be commenced on 13.12.2021 and all the other requirements as requested by the Consulate General Office will also be satisfied. The learned counsel for the plaintiff further submitted that whatever the amount of honorarium is fixed by the coordinator, will be paid by the plaintiff.

2.In view of the above, the evidence of PW-2 shall be commenced on 13.12.2021 and it shall be completed by 20.12.2021. 3.The affidavit of evidence of DW-1 and marking of documents shall take place before the learned Additional Master III on 22.12.2021. The cross examination of DW-1 shall commence on 04.01.2022 and shall be completed by 07.01.2022. The learned counsel appearing on either side shall file their written arguments and the convenience set on 17.01.2022.
