The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 24.01.2014 passed in I.A No.497 of 2013 in O.S.No.31 of 2012, by the learned Subordinate judge, Hosur.

2. Today when the petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners made a submission that the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement. The submission made by the learned counsel is recorded.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel and considering the fact that nothing survives for further adjudication in the revision petition, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
