O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to call for the records in Crime No.233 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Olakkur Police Station, Villupuram District and to quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is an advocate and that he is being falsely implicated. This Court perused the First Information Report and found that there are prima facie allegations made against the petitioner and therefore, this Court cannot quash the proceedings.

4. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquriy and on during the course of enquiry, if it is found that the allegations are false, the same may be closed.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
