3. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension of time for executing sureties as per the Orders of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29758 of 2014 , dated 13.11.2014.

The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court as early as on 13.11.2014 and without executing the bail bond, he has come forward with the present petition for extension of time. There was no representation for the petitioner on 26.7.2016. Hence, this petition has been posted today under the caption 'dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. As there are no merits in the pleading for extension, this Court is not inclined to extend time and the petition is dismissed.
