Registry has submitted a report that the suit summons has been served on the 1st defendant 04.08.2023 and the 2nd defendant on 02.09.2023.

2.An affidavit of service has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff. As seen from the affidavit of service, the respondents/defendants have been served with notice in the Interlocutory Applications as confirmed from the delivery report filed along with the affidavit of service. The respondents/ defendants are set exparte both in the applications as well as in the suit. The interim order granted earlier in ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

O.A.Nos.647, 648 and 649 of 2023 vga O.A. Nos.647 to 649 of 2023 on 15.09.2023 is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for.

3.A.No.3636 of 2023 has been filed to combine the cause of action for infringement of trademark, infringement of copyright and passing off in a single suit.

4.The said application is also allowed as prayed for and the respondents are set exparte in the said applications.

5.Since the suit summons has also been served on the defendants, the defendants are also set exparte in the suit.

6.Post the matter before the learned Additional Master for recording evidence on 30.10.2023.
