Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the fourth respondent in and connected with F.No.XVI/13/21/NPS/2016 dated 05.12.2016 leading to issuance of further notice No.PS-15/2016, and quash the same, as it has been issued without jurisdiction and contrary to the orders of this Court in WP No.5019 of 2016 dated 05.04.2016 and clearly violative of Article 14 and Article 19(1) (g) of the Constitution of India.
