This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.13 of 2014 initiated by the respondent under the Domestic Violence Act.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the proceedings in D.V.A.No.13 of 2014 was dismissed for default on 16.11.2018.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
