ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.02.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police on 28.02.2015 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
