The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw O.S.No.111 of 2014 pending on the file of the Additional District and Session Court, Villupuram and transfer the same to the District Court, Perambalur.

2. The petitioner states that she married the respondent on 03.04.2012 and they started their matrimonial life happily. In the year 2014, the respondent/husband filed a civil suit in O.S.No.111 of 2014 before the Additional District and Sessions Court, Villupuram for declaration of title and injunction and permanent injunction. After institution of the suit, there was a problem between the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner states that the respondent threatened her and she lodged a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station against the respondent on 27.07.2018. The petitioner states that she is residing now at Perambalur Town and the respondent is having political influence and attempting to grab her property. He is threatening the petitioner and therefore, she is not in a position to travel and contest the case filed by the respondent before the Court at Villupuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, O.S.No.111 of 2014 pending on the file of the Additional District and Session Court, Villupuram stands transfered to the District Court, Perambalur. Accordingly, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
