This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8898 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in Special S.C.No.103 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai and the case now stands posted on 26.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 8(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8898 of 2023 dated 26.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Chennai on 26.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
