ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 12.03.2015 given by the petitioner and to investigate the case in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the dispute is essentially between the petitioner and his wife. The Supreme Court has stated that in a matrimonial case, the Court should be very slow in interfering with the dispute between them since that will spoil the matrimonial harmony.

4. Under such circumstances, no positive direction could be given to the respondent to register a case. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
