ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.329 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamallee.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 09.08.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamallee as to how long she will take for disposal of the Original Petition. The learned 1/3

Judge sent a report stating that two months is required for the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.329 of 2019 along with connected H.M.O.P.No.164 of 2021.

3. Since applications are pending for reopen and recall, there shall be a direction for the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of the Original Petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
