Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from constructing a drainage on the property of the petitioner bearing Plot Nos.38 and 39, situated at Santhanalakshmi Nagar, Bharathipuram Extension, Pappampatti Pirivu, Coimbatore District, by considering his representation dated 31.12.2013.
