This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by her on 08.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner is being prevented by one Rathinam from constructing a temple. The matter is essentially appears to be a civil dispute. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
