ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 27.01.2015 lodged by the petitioner before the first respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint by post to the Inspector of Police, Kelambakkam Police Station, Kelambakkam. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 19.01.2015 in person to the Inspector of Police, Kelambakkam Police Station, Kelambakkam and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
