ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register the case against Ilavarasi and Panneerselvam, based on the complaint dated 24.11.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the opposite party had obtained patta in their name. Thereafter, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, patta has been re-transferred into the name of the petitioner. In addition to that departmental action has been taken against the Revenue Officials.

4. Since Departmental proceedings is pending, it may not be appropriate to issue a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
