This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to measure the properties of the petitioner based on the representation dated 12.02.2025.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he has got right over the properties through a sale deed dated 28.09.2015 and patta has also been issued in his favour. Thereafter, the petitioner had submitted a representation seeking to survey the properties. However, in view of the objections raised by the third respondent, survey has not been conducted.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time fixed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and 2/4

without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the petitioner and also to the third respondent within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
