When the matter was listed on 23.03.2026, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to be listed on 24.03.2026 under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, even today i.e. 24.03.2026, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
