ORDER
This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register the FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.12.2014 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and proceed the same in accordance with law.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.364 of 2014.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party is withholding the jewels belonging to the Cooperative Societies and that has to be recovered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. If that is so, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned District Registrar of Co-operative Societies and if a complaint is lodged by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, the respondent police shall take necessary action for recovery of the articles.
With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
