This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to to direct the 2nd respondent to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.523 of 2023 on the file of Page No.1/3

the 2nd respondent police and file the final report within a stipulated time period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police states that the investigation is almost complete and witin a month final report will be filed in Cr.No.523 of 2023.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month.
