This petition has been filed for a direction to the 11th respondent in the Writ Petition to facilitate the closure of the current account and for releasing the amount lying to the credit of the current account. 2.The 11th respondent has been served with notice and the name of the 11th respondent has also been printed in the cause list. There is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3.The Writ Petition was disposed of by an order dated 17.08.2022 by recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the dispute between the parties was subject to the result of the civil suits and those suits have also been disposed of. The consequence of the disposal of the suit must automatically lead to the petitioner being permitted to close the account and to withdraw the amount standing to the credit of the account. However, it seems that the 11th respondent is insisting for a specific direction in this regard. Hence, the present petition has been filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
