This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 269 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with possession of Nitravet, Tapentadol and Chiranji. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that coaccused are still absconding and also the petitioner is having two previous case. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the fact that co-accused is still absconding and also investigation is not yet completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 19.07.2024 pbl
