ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the midnight hotel from 06.00 PM in the name of "Midnight Express Elite" located at No.115, TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600 018 based upon the representation dated 30.04.2025.

2. Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice to the respondents.

3. Heard both sides.

4. It is needless to state whenever a representation is preferred, it is the statutory duty of the authority to consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, this 2/4

Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed on the above terms. No costs.
