PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for entire records, relating to impugned notice dated 03.10.2014 pertaining to Crime No.1268 of 2014 registered under Section 145 of Cr.P.C by the 2nd respondent police and quash the entire proceedings.

O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the impugned notice dated 03.10.2014 pertaining to Crime No.1268 of 2014 registered under Section 145 of Cr.P.C by the 2nd respondent police and to quash the entire proceedings.

2. On a perusal of the records, it shows that this Court had granted an order of interim stay on 20.10.2014 and for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

past five years, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not taken any steps to bring the matter in list.

3. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is enjoying the interim order granted by this Court and is not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
