Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct survey, demarcate, lay boundaries stones and to subdivide, grant separate patta for the land admeasuring 1.01 acres situated in survey number 413/3 and 465/4A, Karumathampatty Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District considering the petitioner's application dated 21.04.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to grant separate patta in respect of the lands in survey Nos.413/3 and 465/4A, Karumathampatty Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.
2. The petitioner is claiming rights over the property through the sale deed registered as document No.3301/1995 on the file of the SRO, Sulur. He also contended that already there is a joint patta issued in his favour. However, since the petitioner requires separate patta, he had made an application to the 3rd respondent seeking to conduct a survey and issue separate patta and in such 2/4
regard, he has filed an application on 21.04.2025, which has not been considered so far.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the revenue officials/respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the petitioner had made two online applications and the same will be acted upon within the time frame fixed by this Court.
4. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 3rd respondent to consider the online applications submitted by the petitioner for surveying the land and grant of separate patta and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunities to all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
