ORDER

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by Mrs.N.Revathi, Wife of Mr.S.Selvamani, the respondent herein seeking an order for withdrawal of the H.M.O.P.No.191 of 2018 from the file of Family Court, Thiruvallur and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Cheyyar, since the petition for maintenance in M.C.No.14 of 2019 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar. Therefore, if the H.M.O.P.No.191 of 2018 on the file of the Family Court, Thiruvallur is withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Cheyyar, even the presence of the parties may not be required on every hearing, except on effective date of hearing.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent also submitted that the respondent is ready for a settlement on divorce proceedings.

3. When the respondent is ready for a settlement, he can do so after the matter is transferred to the Sub Court, Cheyyar. Therefore, the H.M.O.P.No.191 of 2018 is withdrawn from the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of Family Court, Thiruvallur and transferred to the Sub Court, Cheyyar for disposal on merits. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P.No.476 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently, C.M.P.No.13329 of 2019 is closed.
