O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents from in any manner interfering or disturbing the usage of 20 feet width road running from Sathiyavanimuthu Road leading up to Door No.38, 25th Street, GKM Colony, abutting the Pond at GKM Colony, Chennai-82 falling with the Corporation limits of Division No.62 and consequently directing the respondents to recognize the road laid by the petitioner and other neighbours at 25th Street, GKM Colony, Chennai-82.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the respective respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents have not interfered or disturbed the usage of the road in question.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition stands closed, leaving it open to the authorities to take any action for removal of encroachment, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
