This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 14.02.2014 made in E.P.No.2 of 2013 in L.A.O.P.No.125 of 1983 on the file of the Special Sub Judge for (LAOP) Cases/Principal Sub Court, Cuddalore. 2.The 1st respondent had died during the pendency of this revision and it was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner as early as on 05.04.2022. Till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as abated. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
