ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 22.10.2018.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a representation dated 22.10.2018 before the respondents to upload the present Patta No.2229 in the Government Web site and to issue individual Patta to the petitioners as per Registered Sale Deed dated 08.09.2005 in Doc.No.3647/2005 in S.F.No.330/1A&1B purchased from Ayichamy. However, till date, no order was passed in the said representation. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that based on petitioners' representation dated 22.10.2018, an enquiry was conducted. Therefore, he sought eight weeks time to pass final order.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Since the respondents have already conducted an enquiry, based on petitioners' representation dated 22.10.2018, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the sixth respondent to pass final order on the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
