Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. Petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 21.7.2008.

3. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for grant of patta in his name. The petitioner's application was considered and statement was also recorded from the petitioner. However, there is no further proceedings in the matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Though the respondents 3 to 5 have been served and their names are printed in the cause list, none appears for the respondents 3 to 5.

5. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation/application on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 3 to 5 and pass a reasoned order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
