O R D E R
The petitioner filed original petition in HMOP No.3956 of 2013 before the learned I Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, praying for a decree of divorce under Section 10(1)(x) of the Indian Divorce Act, 1869. The petitioner has come up with this petition for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent was set exparte. The application filed by him was heard by the learned Trial Judge and it was posted for orders on 16 November 2016.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the intention of the petitioner is only to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible and as such, she has no serious objection to set aside the exparte order.
4. The matter is pending before the Trial Court from 2013 onwards. The learned I Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai, is directed to dispose of HMOP No.3956 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30 June 2017.
5. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
