Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support in support of this application, the second petitioner is recorded as the legal representative of the deceased first petitioner.

2. This petition stands allowed.

It is made clear that this by itself would not confer any right on the second petitioner to claim exclusive inheritance of the estate of the deceased first petitioner.

3. Registry is to carryout the amendment.
