ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 423, 465, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.12 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the absolute owner of the property, while so, the first petitioner/A1 created a forged patta in his name and thereafter, executed a sale deed in favour of the second petitioner/A2. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are innocent purchasers. Further, the petitioners have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

have been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are ready to produce any documents before the respondent police at the time of investigation. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that this Court vide Order dated 12.08.2021 in Crl.OP.No.14165 of 2021 dismissed the petitioner's earlier petition. There is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioners' earlier petition.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and also considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioners' earlier petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
