This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 370 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order of acquittal made in Crl.A.No.57/2019 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur dated 14.12.2021.

2. Though notice was served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent, either in person or through a counsel and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed.
