Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to register the sale deed pending Document No.24 of 2017 dated 04.08.2017 in respect of the property measuring an extent of 1.101⁄2 Acres comprised in Survey Nos.12/9A, 12/5B and 12/3 situated at Chennachandiram Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District, and to return the original sale deed to the petitioner in view of the discharge of the mortgage vide Deed of Receipt dated 20.09.2022 vide document No.3656 of 2022 on the file of second respondent.

By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the Sale Deed dated 04.08.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that, when she presented the document of registration, the same has not been registered. The communication indicates that the petitioner has sent the document in a registered post. The petitioner is directed to present the document in a proper manner.

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner present the document before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent shall complete the registration as per law. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
