C.M.P.No.13222 of 2023 in C.M.A.No.912 of 2017 K.RAJASEKAR , J., When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement in this petition to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Petition with liberty to file a petition afresh.

Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
