These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 1st petitioner V.M.Raji in the above Civil Revision Petition, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st petitioner now arrayed as petitioners 2 to 5 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing these petitions. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
