ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register a case and take necessary action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentPolice.

3. It appears that the petitioner/wife has given a complaint against her husband, based on which enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.105 of 2015. Hence, the respondent police is directed to refer the complaint to the Social Welfare Officer for enquiry and after receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer, the respondent police shall take action in accordance with the law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
