The Petitioner / wife has filed this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore and transfer the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Though notice has been served on the respondent, today there is no appearance for the respondent either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the fact that it is very difficult for the petitioner to travel alone with her children from Thiruvarur to Cuddalore, which takes more than five hours of travelling time to attend the hearings at Cuddalore and since she is dependent on her brothers for her day to day expenses, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2021.

4. Accordingly, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the H.M.O.P.No.84 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Cuddalore shall stand withdrawn and transferred to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the file of the Subordinate Court, Thiruvarur. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
