O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.340/2011 dated 02.05.2011 on the file of the respondent police at the earliest point of time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.Y.Deva Arul Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. No representation for the petitioner. On summons issued by this court, Mr.A.K.Senthil Kumar, Inspector of Police, Viruthachalam Police Station is present.

4. The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits on instructions that investigation in Crime No.340/2011, dated 02.05.2011 has been completed and final report can be filed at Additional Public Prosecutor's opinion.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
