ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.192 of 2018, pending investigation before the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur on 23.06.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the above development, there is no scope for interfering with the FIR at this stage. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur to act upon the final report filed by the respondent police on 23.06.2023, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
