On the earlier occasion, while disposing the writ petition, this Court issued a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for cancellation of the patta and the said order was not complied with. Hence, the petitioner has filed the contempt petition and thereafter, the said contempt petition has been closed.

2. Again, the petitioner filed the present Sub Application for re-opening the contempt petition which was already disposed by this Court.

3. Being not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is deserves to be closed.

4. Accordingly, the sub application is closed.
