[Respondents] Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to cancel the sale deed executed by the 1st respondent in favour of said K.V.Lakshmi on 16.4.2008 registered as Document Number 1824 of 2008 pertaining to the property Plot No.362 Thirukachur Scheme Tamilnadu Housing Board Keerazharanai Singaperumalkoil Post Chengalpat Taluk Kancheepuram District as per the Impugned order made by the 1st respondent in Lr.No. K.K.N./B3/ 00329/2015 dated 24.03.2015.
