Narhari Engineering Works v. The Official Liquidator

Comp.A.No.169 of 2019 in C.A.No.50 of 2019 in C.P.No.63 of 2013 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J This application has been filed to modify the Order dated 12.04.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the Order of this Court dated 12.04.2019, in para 6 it has been mentioned 'C' Forms have been issued instead of letter for issuance of 'C' Forms has been issued and hence, prayed for modifying the said Order.

3. The Official Liquidator has no objection in allowing this application.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first sentence of the 6th paragraph of the Order shall be read as follows :

"Learned Deputy OL submits that the letter for issuance of 'C' Forms to the applicant has been issued after taking necessary indemnities from third party applicant."

This application is Ordered accordingly.
