PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records of the detention made in Cr.M.P.No.47/Goonda/2024 dated 22.05.2024 passed by the District Magistrate and District Collector, Tiruppur District, Tiruppur the second respondent herein and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Hon'ble Court and set the detenue Thiru.Arumugam, Son of Govindhan, aged 27 years, now confined in Central Prison, Coimbatore and set him at liberty.
