Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2015 and pass orders based on the enquiry dated 05.06.2015 and remove the name of the 3rd respondent, which was mistakenly included by the 2nd respondent in the patta No. 174 of 014 Thogarai Agraharam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

On 06.01.2015, the petitioner made a representation stating that the name of the 3rd respondent was wrongly included in Patta No. 174 pertaining to S.No. 177/2A of 014, Thogarai Agraharam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent, in Na.Ka. No. 6533/2015/gp3 dated 27.05.2015 had directed the petitioner to appear before him for an enquiry on 05.06.2015. Pursuant to the said communication, the petitioner appeared before the 2nd respondent on the said date. However, there was no progress thereafter. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 22.08.2015 to the 2nd respondent in regard thereto. Even thereafter, as there was no action taken, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

Considering the above, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry initiated pursuant to his communication in Na.Ka. No. 6533/2015/gp3 dated 27.05.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2015, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the 3rd respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
