Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2020 consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and to issue separate patta in respect of properties at Coimbatore District, Vellalur Village, comprised in Survey No.495/1,580/1,581/2,61/1,590,424/2,423,422/1. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 07.10.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for sub division of the subject properties and for issuance of separate patta in her name.

2. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents submitted that the second respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 03.12.2020 at 11.00 A.M. The learned Government Advocate further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner in the meantime can be directed to make a formal application through online and the same will be considered by the second respondent and orders will be passed.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to make a formal online application to the second respondent to enable the second respondent to consider for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
