PRAYER: The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1 st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.171/2016/A3, dated 22.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Secretary in the 3 rd respondent society.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1 st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.171/2016/A3, dated 22.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Secretary in the 3 rd respondent society.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been promoted and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
