O R D E R

This revision seeks a direction to learned Sub Judge, Vellore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.265 of 2010 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred O.S.No.265 of 2010 on the file of learned Sub Judge, Vellore, seeking partition and separate possession of the property. She has done so as the legal heir of her deceased husband. Learned counsel referred to the 'B' diary extract which informed that the suit was posted for trial between 23.12.2011 and 13.11.2013 and finally, it was adjourned to 07.02.2014. However, till date trial is yet to be commenced.

4. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, this Court directs the learned Sub Judge, Vellore, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.265 of 2010, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
