O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the first respondent states that the encroachment already stands removed and thus the cause of action does not survive.

2. We direct that it shall be ensured no re-encroachment is permitted.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
